Day 2 of our Krabi Trip !
Today we are going PHI PHI ISLANDS HOPPING :)
So yesterday while walking along the Krabi streets, we enquired about 2 travel agencies - a tip would be to ask the bigger sized ones with shop frontage, not just a makeshift or small corner stall ... I forgot the name of the agency but it is those type that is above the road, as in need to climb a small staircase to reach its shop one...
Actually all the tour agencies work with the same operators, our Phi Phi Islands Tour is operated by Chokpaisan Andaman Sea ... which was surprisingly GOOD !!!!! (this is my personal experience)
1) the tour is by SPEEDBOAT - don't ever take longtail boat to PHI PHI ... will die .. because PHI PHI islands is a distance away from Krabi , its about 30 mins with speedboat , with longtail boat maybe one hour?!!! Omg.. the seas will be too rough as its in the open sea !!! For the sake of safety please take speedboat !! It's only a bit more cost.
2) The speedboat we took is SUPER NEW. its like newer than any other speedboat operators.. there is 3 Honda engines ! and the boat is so new and clean ! Actually pleasantly surprised
3) Fresh drinking bottled water is always available on board ! Just feel free to take ... and the guide served us fruits like twice during the day ... hahaa..
4) The guide is friendly and nice... funny too ...
5) affordable !!! I would say.. because for my group of 7 pax , we managed to get this Phi Phi Islands Speedboat Tour at abt 1000baht per pax !! Thats like SGD40 for a whole day ...
We signed up 2 tours with them (Phi Phi Islands and the Seven Islands Sunset Tour for the next day) and bargained a little for discount. The nice lady gave us group discount as we are group of 7 , so ended up our Tour Fees for the 2 days is about SGD 75 each or so only :D

About a 15 min drive we reached the beach and proceeded to board our speedboat !

The tour did not really go according to the brochure sequence , but we covered all the places listed in the brochure :)
So abit confused on where we actually went , because some of them look very similar hahaa...
1st stop : ONE OF THE BAYS (lol)
2nd stop: BAMBOO ISLAND !! this island is very pretty that's why I remember haha ...
3rd stop : some BEAUTIFUL BAY omg....
& i swear all these pics are not edited, so you can see there is some difference in colour... the grainy one is taken by my gopro.. i think its too bright so overexposed :(
4th stop : MAYA BAY !!!!!!!!! of course must know this one heee hee...

5th stop : STOP TO WATCH THE MONKEYS ... nothing much actually lol..
LUNCH TIME @ KOH PHI PHI ISLAND - this is the largest island and we had a buffet lunch there... it was a good spread given the amount we paid for, there are lots of tours having their meals here too.. I think all the operators consolidate the people to have their meal here hahaa..
You could do some shopping on this island and its very touristy and beachy :D
After lunch we set off again via speedboat to 15mins away where they let us do snorkelling ! On a full stomach ! LOL....
The whole tour took about 7-8 hours and ended about 4 or 5pm !
We specially arranged to visit the Krabi Night Market tonight , and our villa host very kindly arranged another PIMP MY RIDE Van for us , again!!!! Hahahaa... I think we paid around SGD 40 for 4 hours use... As the Krabi Night Market is not around the area, its about 30min drive away ..
This van is A CLUB IN DISGUISE !!!!
All those lights and cushions and super SOUND SYSTEM omg we totally rocked it in the vehicle HAHAHA.

There are actually a few in Krabi but this seem to be the biggest, according to our driver and this is in KRABI TOWN !!
The important thing is come earlier because they close quite early about 11 plus !
Sooooo crowded and happening... and the food is GOOD i tell you .. and CHEAP !!!

Its a night market with a lot of street food at a good price , and interesting nice souvenirs, not so much for shopping but there is a few stalls :)

It was really quite crowded thus not as much pics of the food, and we were TOO HUNGRY also... HAHAHAA... but it was fun !! There was a stage in the middle of the market and people singing, performing... good experience and should try in Krabi .. but come on a weekend :)
We spent about 3.5 hours at the market and it was enough already , for eating and shopping .. Our driver picked us up and returned to our villa after that ! Long day but really fruitful !!
